Fee structure software gives you the type of album booked.
Check receipts for actual payment made against album booked.
Albums worth 10,000 (MPB) is compulsory in MP for every new child admitted. Coordinate with business team for every day’s booking status of new joinees.
MBCM worth 15,000 can be availed for Sibling.
Album will include one session’s photo shoot only. The shoot can’t be extended for two sessions. For new sessions, fresh bookings can be availed.
Combo booking worth Rs.4000, MBCM & MPB are purely branch bookings.
Those portrait bookings which were not done by photographer will be the branch booking and will be entered in the software.
High resolution Cd’s will be booked on full payment.

My Pride Book can be upgraded to My Book of Cherished Moments.
The up gradation prices applicable would be as per the selling price of My Book of Cherished Moments as on the day of up gradation.
The client will be required to pay the remaining amount as per the difference between price of MBCM (rate as on the day of up gradation) & the price of My Pride Book (applicable price paid) at the time of booking the MPB.

Pending amount must be cleared at the time of admission else can be taken in installments and must be cleared by October.
NIL BOOKING CONVERSIONS:
Rs. 4000 combo product is must for all the new joinees.
Convert them into MPB or MBCMs on family shoots.
Amount in installments can be offered.
Not to ask parents to send the pending amount of any product booked with the child in his school bag. Parent can submit the pending amount themselves by next saturday.

Kindly ensure that the parent collects the receipt of any product booked with Hocus Pocus.
Mention your number on the receipt book so that parent can contact you in future.
For fresh / new Album booking only Software generated Receipt is valid.

For any other Hocus Pocus Product both the Software generated and Hocus Pocus manual receipts are valid
