Details of Photographs for Kidsgallery

  • Kids Gallery is payable and compulsury for all kids. Parent can check gallery only AFTER A MINIMUM PAYMENT OF Rs. 4000.00. New gallery should be online within 15 days after the joining of child play group will be also online. Pictures will be uploaded by Hocus Pocus after editing.
  • Class wise folder (like Prep, Nur, PN) will be  created along with the Class name with month wise best on system and to be send to Hocus pocus through photographer according to the datewise schedule.
  • Kindly assure the accuracy of e-mail ID’s of father, mother in the fee software on regular basis.
  • Appreciation cards will be uploaded by branches.
  • At least 4 pictures of every child to be sent to hocus pocus per month for uploading. Only best pictures should be sent to hocus pocus for uploading as pictures which are online, can’t be changed.

  • Kindly check the child’s name spelling with fee software.  Also sort the data as per the month-wise sheet.
  • All MPP branches are required to send separate childwise folder for Presidium and MP classes.
  • Kindly Co-ordinate with your respective photographers for the data in the gap of fifteen days.
  • Pictures will be updated on quarterly basis in Kids Gallery.
  • PC can collect the email Id’s of child’s relative and update in kids gallery software.
