1. Promote the contest at branch level which will include informing Internal parents (parents of children studying at our branch) and Later Joinees through Teachers.
2. Distribute pamphlets to External parents (parents of children studying outside our branch) .
3. Meet registration targets and maintain record of registered participants.
4. Provide correct information regarding rules and regulations to parents.
5. Coordinate the Photoshoot on the day of contest.
6. Issue receipts to contestants.
7. Take care of the collection generated.
8. Hand over the collection to S.O. as per the registrations.
9. Set up Hocus Pocus counter with the samples.
10. Generate additional business from participants.
11. Hand over branch wise prize to parents.
Before shoot- Guidelines and instructions for baby photogenic.
1. CONTACT NO of photo coordinator is necessary in parent's receipt copy.
2. Distribution of templates to all participants.
During shoot-
1. No verbal and false commitment to parent.
2. Go through with the template properly.
3. If parent has requested for any specific pic no, mention in the remarks.
4. If parent is going for shoot in other branch , please update the photo coordinator of that branch and also update the branch of shoot in your format.
5. Image no. should be carefully mentioned during shoot.
