Amount once paid for the product will not be refunded unless it is a special case. However the same amount can be adjusted in other products / services offered by Hocus pocus. The final decision in matters of change of product remains with Hocus Pocus (HP).
A parent has to pay 4000 for combo product ( compulsory amount) at the time of admission which is a non refundable amount . Adjustment of policy
If child is withdrawal by end of September 20 picture will be uploaded in kids gallery and giving size-1.
If child is withdrawal by end of July 10 picture will be uploaded in kids gallery and giving size-2.
If there are no picture in kids gallery the size-3 will by giving by personal family picture.
No complimentary product of any form will be available with the album booked.
In case of insufficient pictures, we can degrade the album (album with lesser picture) and provide a compensatory product for the difference amount paid by the client
