Photoshoot of the event is done and frames are provided (after verification from branch)



GUIDE LINES RELATED TO PHOTO SHOOT

  1. For individual shoot child should be on the right hand side of SUDHA MA'AM
  2. If there is a group achievement kindly send the children individually on stage for receiving certificate from Sudha Ma'am
  3. Pls make your students plus your staff rehearsed for the group shoot with sudha ma'am (divide the students in the group of 16 to 18 with 2 rows having 8 students in each row)
  4. When children group shoot get over, immediately send the students to there parents for the shoot with mam (parent shoot).
Important information
  1. For video- Kindly keep the slide timings up to 3 seconds, transition time 0.75 seconds
  2. Video Song and starting / ending slides already provided

Instructions for photo managers

  1. Individual Photo shoot of the child on a white / grey background.
  2. Group shoots of Club members with Sudha Ma’am & guests.
    • All clubs individually
    • With student council (head boy/ girl n other members)
    • And full clubs (sr / jr) with student council
Note:
  • Pre Group rehearsals required to avoid last minute hassles.
  • You should have a list of children at the time of Individual Photoshoot & write the image no. against the child’s name.
